Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or customs inspections.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives.

International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Tora is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at toratechcompany@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
